How Do I Book an Appointment?

To secure your appointment, please book an appointment time through the Jane app. This can be accessed by clicking here: Book Online or the button at the top of this page.

How Can I Transit to my appointment?

We are conveniently located in front of the Canada Wy and Smith Ave #28 Phibbs Exchange bus stop (Stop ID: 59128) or a two minute walk from the Canada Wy and Boundary #28 Joyce Station bus stop (Stop ID: 61447). For details on your best transit routes to get to Ion, please check for directions and transit times on Google Maps.

Where can I park for my Appointment?

We have ample street parking in front and along the side of the building of Ion. 1 hour free street parking is available along Canada Wy and Smith Ave. Also, we have underground parking located along Smith Ave, which you can park underground (Parking Level 2) and take an elevator up for your appointment. Can I use my health insurance or extended benefits?

Yes! We offer direct billing to your health insurance and extended benefits. For your first appointment, you will be asked to input your health insurance details in our booking app, Jane. Please contact us for more information on how we process payments with insurance.

I had a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), can I use my ICBC Claim Coverage?

Yes, you can use your ICBC coverage. Road accidents can be tough on your well-being and mental health. ICBC provides Enhanced Care automatically which covers you for pre-approved treatments for 12 weeks from the date of your accident. For your first appointment, you will be asked for your Personal Health Number (PHN) and ICBC claim number. Let us deal with billing ICBC, so you can focus on getting better faster.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

All appointments can be rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time via the Jane app or by calling to reschedule your appointment.

What if I need to canceL my appointment?

Cancellations can be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations that are made within less than 48 hours will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
